Milling: Fast operation where front and rear spindles mill and grind inner edges simultaneously.
Chamfering: Two methods available: direct chamfering wheel or using a chamfering sleeve on the drill bit.
Polishing: Achieves high-quality polishing of inner circular patterns and safety corners.
Clamping Device: Uses flexible clamps to secure glass during processing, improving rigidity and reasonable force distribution.
Tool Magazine: Multi-position vertical magazine facilitates tool changes for various techniques.
Electric Spindle: Equipped with a coolant delivery system and constant temperature chiller to improve speed, quality, and lifespan.
CNC System: Self-developed system with front/rear spindle synchronization and real-time polishing compensation.
