Machine Structure and Working Principle: This industrial-grade machine consists of a Loading section, Heating section, Flat Tempering section, Unloading section, Blower System, and an advanced Control System. The glass sheets move from the loading table into the heating oven, undergo tempering and cooling in the quench section, and are finally transported to the unloading table.
3.1 Loading Section: Built with a compound steel structure frame and an inverter-driven transmission system. It features photo-electric switches and a universal ball elevating table for easy handling of large glass sheets. The system uses encoders to precisely measure and record the total length of the glass.
3.2 Heating Section: Features a lattice-type heating structure with independent upper and lower heating zones. The roof lifting mechanism allows for easy maintenance, while high-grade heat-insulation materials ensure optimal thermal preservation. Each zone is equipped with thermocouples for precise temperature control.
