The main body adopts a tenon-and-mortise assembly structure (powder-coated steel plate + stainless steel main beam), featuring a lifetime non-scrap concept with replaceable parts available permanently. The cleaning chamber is equipped with an integrated lifting function (max lifting height: 350mm), facilitating daily equipment maintenance and servicing.
A high-pressure fan with a soundproof cabinet is installed on top of the air-drying section. The fan and air knife adopt an internal circulating air design: hot air blown through the air knife is recycled into the fan impeller via the bottom of the cabinet for reheating and recirculation, ensuring optimal glass drying results. The fan includes a built-in heating function.
Equipped with safety guards made of high-quality SUS-304 stainless steel, processed via laser cutting, CNC bending, and welding for reliable operator protection.

The entire equipment is tightly covered with cling film to prevent exposure to rain during transportation or moisture damage during sea shipping. This method effectively protects the surface of the equipment and prevents water penetration, reducing damage caused by humidity. Packing straps are used to secure the equipment, stabilizing its position and preventing collisions during transit.
