This glass double edging production line is composed of two double edgers with one automatic transit table. It is professional glass deep-processing equipment used for grinding rectangular glass in batches. It can be configured as a linear or L-shaped production line according to plant layout.
Suitable Applications: Architectural glass, home appliance glass, furniture glass, solar glass, bathroom glass, etc.
Horizontal glass feeding, rough grinding, chamfering, fine grinding, and polishing on all four sides are completed in a single pass. The equipment features stable transmission, high processing efficiency, uniform diagonals, and high polishing brightness. Utilizing high-precision transmission structures with double linear guides and double ball screws, the failure rate remains extremely low while the touch screen system ensures ease of operation.
