The entire machine adopts PLC control with a touch screen man-machine interface. It features an automatic diagnosis system for Low-E glass and adopts oil water-proof bearings in the washing section. It is designed to produce double glazing, triple glazing, and shaped insulating glass efficiently.
1. Supports assembling outside and inside for unequal and overlong glass.
2. Brushes can wash coating glass and Low-E glass via variable frequency drive.
3. Hydraulic pressure provides power for the flat press section, opening up to 450mm for maintenance.
4. Automatic energy-conservation discontinuity system allows sections to enter intelligent dormancy when not in use.
