This Vertical Insulating glass machine is composed of 6 main sections: loading, washing/drying, aluminum spacer bar positioning, transmission/storage, IGU assembly/inert gas filling, and unloading section. With special design, it can wash Low-E glass effectively with high speed.

Section 1: Glass Loading Section

Loading Section

Features a Low-E glass automatic diagnosis system. The back board is high-quality Aosong board processed through NC machining. Transmission speed is stable and controlled by inverter.

Section 2: Glass Washing and Drying Machine

Strong Points:

  • Mechanical detection and adjustment of the wind knife based on glass thickness.
  • 15kw fan with muffling equipment to lower noise.
  • All posts installed onto the upper bracket to prevent water leakage.

Section 3: Aluminum Spacer Bar Positioning

Spacer Positioning

Used to inspect washing quality. Includes an entry design allowing workers to manually clean any hard dirt on the glass surface. Energy-saving design allows brush and pump to stop when glass is at the end of the section.

Section 4: Transmission and Assembly Section

Transmission Section Assembly Part

Red wheels controlled by Airtac cylinders push glass tightly. Sensors detect precise glass positioning for automatic assembly via manipulator.

Section 5: IGU Assembly and Inert Gas Filling Section

Gas Filling

Equipped with 17/18 photoelectric switches to detect glass height and control 17 gas filling gears. Press board is controlled by a servo motor and roller shaft screw for smooth, uniform pressure.
